Every item is folded to order. Production takes 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order and any personalisation details are confirmed. Carrier transit is added on top: standard tracked shipping 10–15 business days, EMS Express 3–7 business days. If you are working to a date, tell us before you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it. See our shipping policy. すべてオーダーメイドです。ご注文内容（名入れ等を含む）確定日から2〜4週間で制作し、その後に配送日数が加わります（追跡付き通常配送 10〜15営業日、EMS 3〜7営業日）。お日にちが決まっている場合は、ご注文前にお知らせください。間に合うかどうかを事前にお伝えします。 |
| Returns, exchanges and cancellation 返品・交換・キャンセル |
All items are made to order, so returns for change of mind are not accepted. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase (48 hours for bulk and custom orders), provided production has not begun. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full when reported with photographs within 14 days of delivery. Full terms are in our refund policy. すべてオーダーメイドのため、お客様のご都合による返品はお受けできません。制作開始前であれば、ご購入から24時間以内（大口・カスタムは48時間以内）は無料でキャンセルいただけます。破損・不良・誤品の場合は、お届けから14日以内に写真を添えてご連絡いただければ、交換または全額返金いたします。 |
