Made one at a time

Each crane is folded from artisan-dyed Japanese washi. The paper is dyed by hand before it is folded, so no two frames carry quite the same grain or depth of color. The background is washi as well, which gives the piece a soft texture that printed paper cannot.

White washi with a crane pattern, or plain white washi. Both are shown in the photographs. Tell us which you would like when you order.
